BasedOnBusiness collects public Google Maps fields as they appear when the scrape runs: name, address, phone, website, rating and review count. For results with a website, it also checks for published emails, social profiles and website technologies; not every site provides them. You can review and export the list as a spreadsheet.
It is bought by people who need a list of businesses in a place and a category: agencies prospecting locally, SDR teams building territory lists, founders validating a market, automation builders feeding a CRM. If you already talk to any of those people, you are talking to our customers.
Your job is to explain what you already cover: how you find prospects and automate the boring part, then mention the tool you use. Ours is to attribute it correctly, show you the same numbers we see and pay you on time.

The rules, in plain language
- Don't refer yourself, your own company, or an account you open for a customer.
- Don't run ads on our brand name or anything close to it.
- Don't send unsolicited email or promote to lists you bought.
- Don't promise anything the product doesn't do.
- Do disclose that your recommendation is paid, in whatever form your audience's law requires.
How you get paid
Wise or PayPal
You choose during onboarding and can change it later, with a short delay for security.

Refunds reverse commission
Proportionally, and if it was already paid to you we deduct it from future commission rather than chasing you for it.

No dark patterns
We show you the same numbers we see. Your dashboard reads from the same tables our billing does.
Attribution is last-touch and locks at signup. Once a customer is yours, they stay yours.
We don't reassign referrals, run house accounts, or quietly change your rate.
If we change the program terms, you get 30 days' notice, and customers you already referred keep the terms they were referred under.
