Affiliate program FAQ
Commission, attribution, payouts and what you may and may not do. If something here is unclear, the terms are the binding version.
Joining
Who can join?▾
Anyone over 18 who publishes to an audience that overlaps with ours: outbound and sales educators, no-code automation builders, lead-gen and marketing agencies, tool reviewers, newsletter writers, local SEO consultants. We review every application individually and may decline one without giving a detailed reason.
Do I need to be a paying customer?▾
No. First-hand product experience helps, but it is not required. Program membership does not automatically include a paid product plan.
Does it cost anything?▾
No. There is no fee, no minimum traffic requirement, no exclusivity clause and nothing to lock into.
How long does approval take?▾
We answer within 48 hours. A person reads every application. If we say no, we say why, and you can apply again after six months.
Can I promote other tools at the same time?▾
Yes. We ask for nothing exclusive. Comparison content that mentions competitors is fine and usually converts better than a one-sided pitch.
Commission
How much do I earn?▾
25% of every payment we successfully collect from a customer attributed to you, for 12 months from their first payment. On the Professional plan that is $22.25 a month, $267 over the full window.
What is the commission calculated on?▾
The amount collected excluding tax and after any discount. We do not pay commission on VAT or other taxes we collect on a customer's behalf and pass straight to a tax authority.
When does the 12 months start?▾
At the customer's first successful payment, not at signup. Someone who uses the free plan for eight months and then subscribes still earns you a full 12-month window.
What if a customer upgrades or downgrades?▾
Commission is calculated per invoice, so it moves with the plan automatically. An upgrade raises it, a downgrade lowers it, and switching from monthly to yearly produces one larger commission with a 60-day hold instead of 30.
What happens on a refund or chargeback?▾
The commission is reversed in proportion to the amount refunded. If we had not paid it to you yet, it is simply reduced. If we had, the amount is recorded against your account and netted off future commission. If you never earn again, we write it off after 12 months rather than pursuing you.
Do I earn on customers who already had an account?▾
No. The referral locks when an account is created, so someone who signed up before clicking your link is not a referral, even if they upgrade afterwards.
Can you change my rate later?▾
We can change it going forward, with 30 days' notice. It never applies retroactively: every customer keeps the rate and window that were in force when they signed up, for the life of that relationship.
Attribution
How is a referral tracked?▾
Your link sets a first-party cookie containing a random visitor id and your partner slug, but no personal data. When that visitor creates an account, the referral is locked to you permanently. We store a salted, irreversible hash of the click's IP address and a country code, never the address itself.
How long does the cookie last?▾
90 days, refreshed on every click. If the visitor clicks a different partner's link after yours, that partner takes the attribution. Last touch wins until the account is created.
Do you offer partner coupon codes?▾
Not yet. Current attribution uses the partner link and its 90-day cookie. Do not advertise a coupon unless one is explicitly shown in your dashboard.
What if the visitor blocks or clears cookies?▾
Then there is no attribution and no commission. The current program has no cookie-independent fallback, so never promise that every visit will be tracked.
Does it work across devices?▾
The click and the signup have to happen in the same browser. After signup the attribution is tied to the account, so the customer can pay from any device, months later, and it still counts.
Payouts
When do I get paid?▾
Monthly, within the first ten business days, for commission that became payable by the end of the previous month. Commission on a monthly invoice becomes payable 30 days after we collect it; on an annual invoice, 60 days, because a single annual payment carries more refund exposure.
Is there a minimum?▾
$50. Below that your balance carries over to the following month. It is never expired or lost.
How am I paid?▾
Wise or PayPal, in USD, to an account you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and for any fees your provider charges.
What about tax and invoicing?▾
Amounts we quote are gross and you are responsible for any tax due in your own country. Where your local law requires you to issue an invoice for these payments, that is on you as well. We do not withhold tax unless the law obliges us to, and we would tell you first.
Promoting us
Where can I put my link?▾
Your own website, newsletter, videos, social accounts, courses and communities. What you may not do is put it on coupon or deal sites, buy incentivised traffic, or use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes or forced redirects.
Can I run ads on your brand name?▾
No. Bidding on our brand name or close variants competes with us for traffic that was already coming, and ads that could be mistaken for ours are not allowed either.
Do I have to disclose the affiliate relationship?▾
Yes. You must make clear that your recommendation is paid, in the form your audience's law requires. In most places, this means an "ad" or "affiliate link" label. This is not optional and it is not negotiable.
What can I say about the product?▾
Whatever it actually does. The media kit lists the claims we do not permit: no official Google relationship, no verified-email guarantees, no 100% accuracy, no invented customer numbers. Those claims create legal exposure for you as much as for us.
Do you provide creative?▾
The current English starter kit includes official logo files, two banner templates, conservative product and use-case copy, social and newsletter starters, blog prompts and the required claims guide. Each file says whether it may be used as-is or should be customized.
Your account
What can I see in the dashboard?▾
You can see clicks, unique browsers, signups, paying customers, conversion rate, and every commission with its status and payable date. You cannot see who your referrals are: names, email addresses and company names are never shown.
Can I leave?▾
Any time, from your settings. Commission already earned and payable is still paid on the normal schedule. Your links stop attributing new referrals from that point.
